How do I contact Daily Proper Customer Service?
We offer two convenient ways to reach our Customer Service team — by phone or by email. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

What are the Customer Service phone hours?
Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
What if I call outside of business hours?
If you call outside of our available phone hours, we recommend reaching out via email so our team can follow up with you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to get a response to my email?
Our team monitors the inbox at all times, so your message is never sitting unread. You can expect a response within 24 hours. During high-volume periods, we appreciate your patience.
Is the email inbox monitored after hours and on weekends?
Yes. While our phone lines are only available Monday through Friday during business hours, our email inbox is monitored at all times — including evenings and weekends. If your concern is time-sensitive, email is a great option outside of phone hours.
What should I include in my email to Customer Service?
To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number (if applicable)
- A brief description of your question or concern
- The best way to reach you if a follow-up is needed
Preorder & Payment Information
For preorder items, customers paying with a debit or credit card will only be charged once their order has shipped.
Please note: orders placed through Shop Pay are processed and charged immediately at checkout.
We do not accept PayPal, cash, or checks for preorder purchases.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Daily Proper, we take pride in our high-quality school uniforms. To keep our products fair and reliable for all families, please review our return and exchange policy:
Exchanges
- Available within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Store Credit
- If you prefer, eligible items can be returned for store credit, valid for one year.
- Store credit is only given for items that meet the same condition requirements as exchanges.
Important:
- Refunds are not available.
- Worn, damaged, or soiled items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order fulfillment.
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier, and you do not receive the package, you will need to contact the local post office who has marked it delivered.
Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. We will not refund orders that are marked delivered.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of its arrival, or the buyer assumes responsibility.
Uniform Ordering FAQ
What is presale pricing?
Presale pricing is a discounted rate offered to customers who place their order before the deadline. It's our way of rewarding early orders and helping us plan production quantities in advance.
How do I get the presale price?
Simply place your uniform order by July 15th to lock in the presale price. Orders placed after that date will be charged at the standard retail price.
What happens to the price after July 15th?
After the presale deadline, uniforms will be available at the regular price, which is higher than the presale rate. We encourage ordering early to take advantage of the savings!
Why is there a presale deadline?
The July 15th deadline helps us in a few important ways — it allows us to accurately forecast how much inventory we need, keep our supply chain running smoothly, and avoid over ordering or running short. Simply put, it helps us get your uniform to you on time and without delays!
Can I change or cancel my presale order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate adjustments before production begins.
When will my uniform ship?
All orders — presale and standard — will begin shipping on August 3rd.
What if I miss the presale deadline?
No worries! You can still place an order after July 15th at the standard price, and it will ship starting August 3rd as well.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase is complete. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Chargeback & Fraud Policy
At Daily Proper, we are committed to providing every customer with a fair, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience. As part of that commitment, we maintain a strict policy regarding chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes.
Please read this policy carefully, as it applies to all customers who purchase from Daily Proper.
Our Zero-Tolerance Policy on Fraud
If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider and Daily Proper determines that the dispute is fraudulent—meaning you received your order as described but disputed the charge in bad faith—your account will be permanently blocked and you will no longer be permitted to place orders with Daily Proper.
Stealing from Daily Proper and committing fraud will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
This policy exists to protect our business, our team, and the honest customers we serve every day.
What Is a Fraudulent Chargeback?
A chargeback is considered fraudulent when a customer disputes a legitimate charge despite having received their order. Examples include:
- Claiming an order was never received when tracking confirms delivery
- Disputing a charge after the product has been used or consumed
- Filing a chargeback after Daily Proper has already issued a refund
- Providing false information to your bank to support a dispute
- Disputing a charge without first contacting Daily Proper to resolve the issue
Note: A fraudulent chargeback is different from a legitimate dispute. If your card was used without your authorization, or if you did not receive your order, please contact us directly and we will make it right.
What Happens If a Fraudulent Chargeback Is Filed?
When Daily Proper receives a chargeback, we will review all available evidence, including order records, payment confirmation, delivery tracking, and any prior communications with our team.
If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent:
- Your account will be permanently blocked from placing future orders with Daily Proper
- All associated contact details will be flagged in our system
- We will submit a full rebuttal to your bank or payment provider with supporting evidence
- Daily Proper reserves the right to pursue further legal action in cases of significant financial harm
Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute
If you have a concern about an order—including non-delivery, a damaged product, or a billing error—we strongly encourage you to contact Daily Proper directly before filing a chargeback. Our team is committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Daily Proper, we want to make sure every order is right for your family. Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations.
Presale & Standard Orders
Once an order is placed, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters processing and we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@dailyproper.com or by phone at (313) 483-7055 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
After the Cancellation Window
If your cancellation request falls outside the 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel the order. However, once your item is delivered, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Preorder Items
If you need to modify or cancel a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shop Pay Orders
Please note that orders placed through Shop Pay are charged immediately at checkout. If you need to cancel a Shop Pay order, contact us right away and we will do our best to assist before the order is fulfilled.
Important Reminders
- Refunds are not available; cancellations within the eligible window will be issued as store credit or a voided charge depending on order status.
- If you believe there was an error with your order, please reach out to us before filing a dispute with your bank. Reaching out first is always the fastest path to a resolution.
